Shipping policy

We currently ship to the Dominican Republic and Colombia. Delivery availability is confirmed when you enter your address at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping for one collar costs US$5.99. Standard shipping is free from two collars through the automatic discount. You can mix colors. The total and shipping discount are shown before payment.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 15 to 25 days. Timing may vary by destination, carrier and customs processing. For help with a delay or delivery issue, email admin@oinc.app with your order number.

Tracking and address

When your order ships, we will send the available tracking information. Check your address and contact details before paying. If you need to correct them, tell us as soon as possible so we can check whether the shipment can still be updated.
